John GBC Lite is a Game Boy and Game Boy Color emulator for Android 6.0 and above, delivering authentic handheld gaming on your mobile device. Experience classic GB/GBC titles with an original emulation engine and high-quality rendering that brings your favorite games to life.
Load games directly from your SD card or internal storage with built-in file search, and enjoy flexible control through a customizable on-screen keypad or Bluetooth and MOGA controller support. Create save states with visual previews so you never lose progress, and take screenshots to capture your best moments.
Fine-tune your gameplay with adjustable speed controls ranging from 0.25x to 16x, apply cheats using Game Genie, Game Shark, or PAR formats, and enable Super Gameboy borders for enhanced visuals. The app supports zipped game files for convenient storage and features Dropbox integration via John DataSync for seamless backup and access.
Note: You'll need your own game files to play. The lite version includes ads; upgrade to John GBC for an ad-free experience.
